Maharashtra SSC Exam 2024 Wraps Up with Geography Paper

Today marks the conclusion of the Maharashtra SSC Exam 2024, with students across the state appearing for the Geography paper. Hosted by the Maharashtra Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MBSHSE), this pivotal Class 10 board examination comes to its culmination on March 26, 2024.

Maharashtra 2024:

The Geography paper, slated for the first shift, is set to commence at 11 am and conclude at 1 pm, offering students an opportunity to showcase their understanding of geographical concepts and principles. As the clock ticks closer to the examination hour, students are reminded of the importance of punctuality, with the necessity to arrive at their designated exam centers at least an hour prior to the commencement of the paper.

A strict adherence to this timeline ensures seamless entry into the examination hall, where students must present their admit cards bearing essential details such as name, photograph, and signature. The invigilators, entrusted with the responsibility of maintaining exam integrity, meticulously verify these credentials before granting access to the examination arena.

Equipped with their requisite stationery and materials essential for the Geography examination, students are advised to leave behind electronic devices, including mobile phones, smartwatches, and digital calculators, as these items are strictly prohibited within the examination premises.

As the last script is penned and the final bell tolls, signaling the end of the examination, attention shifts to the forthcoming evaluation process. Historically, the Maharashtra SSC results have been unveiled in the months of May to June, marking the culmination of months of anticipation and hard work for students across the state.

Reflecting on the previous year’s statistics provides insight into the magnitude of this examination. In 2023, a staggering 15,49,666 regular students from the nine divisional boards of Maharashtra, spanning Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Mumbai, Kolhapur, Amravati, Nashik, Latur, and Konkan, registered for the SSC examination. Of these, an impressive 15,29,096 students appeared for the exam, with 14,34,898 emerging triumphant, boasting an overall pass percentage of 93.83 percent.

As the journey of the Class 10 students culminates with the conclusion of the SSC examination, the stage is set for the unveiling of results, heralding the next chapter in their academic endeavors.
