Job Description
Sutherland is currently hiring for both International Voice & Non-Voice Processes, targeting freshers from campuses. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your communication and problem-solving skills while engaging with customers globally, including in the U.S. and Dubai.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through calls and chats, focusing on product, service, and technical support.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Fluency in English: Exceptional communication skills are required.
- Eligibility: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Both undergraduates and graduates are eligible, but those currently pursuing education or with backlogs are not eligible.
- Shift Details: Rotational shifts with rotational week offs (5 days working a week). Two-way cab facility available only during night shifts within 25 km of the office premises.
- Work Location: Permanent work from the office.
- Immediate Joiners: Only candidates who can join immediately are considered.
- Interview Location: Interviews are fully conducted at the office premises. Out-of-station candidates are strictly not eligible.
