Job Summary:
HiLabs is seeking a highly motivated Software Test Engineer with strong UI and Database testing experience to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. If you’re passionate about ensuring the quality and reliability of digital solutions, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for manual testing of an intranet site.
- Ensure the quality of web pages and be accountable for their performance.
- Conduct hands-on Database and API testing.
- Create, execute, and document test cases, log defects, and perform retesting.
- Collaborate with the development team to track and close defects.
- Regularly report testing status to stakeholders.
- Assist in test effort estimation and forecasting.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Desired Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in Manual Testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges during project execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in testing intranet/website pages.
