1. Wallet Deposits

Funds added to your StringReveals Wallet are strictly non-refundable once the transaction is successful. These funds can only be used for purchasing services or content within the platform.

2. Content Purchases

Due to the digital nature of the content (articles, premium posts) sold on StringReveals, we generally do not offer refunds once the content has been accessed or unlocked. However, exceptions may be made under the following circumstances:

• The content is technically defective or inaccessible.
• The content is materially different from its description.
• The transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, any unused wallet balance will be forfeited unless a withdrawal request is approved prior to cancellation.
