Shankar Mishra, the person accused of urinating on an aged lady co-passenger on board an Air India flight from New York to New Delhi, on Wednesday moved a Delhi courtroom in search of bail.
Mishra, presently in judicial custody, moved an attraction earlier than a classes courtroom in opposition to an order handed by a magisterial courtroom that had denied him bail on January 11.
The classes courtroom is more likely to hear the arguments on his utility on January 27. Mishra was arrested by a joint workforce of Bengaluru and Delhi police after he had gone incommunicado following the sordid incident on an Air India flight on November 26, 2022.
Mishra allegedly urinated on the girl, a senior citizen, in an inebriated situation within the enterprise class of the Air India flight from New York to Delhi. The Delhi Police registered an FIR in opposition to him on January 4 on a criticism by the girl.
