Telangana Chief Minister Okay Chandrasekhar Rao on Thursday skipped the Republic Day celebrations held on the Raj Bhavan in Hyderabad, the place Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan hoisted the nationwide flag. The flag hoisting was adopted by the nationwide anthem.
