Sumit Thakur, chief spokesperson of WR, informed PTI that the work of erecting steel beam fencing on the busy route has commenced on the Ankleshwar-Bharuch part beneath the Vadodara division and it is happening in full swing.

After a number of cattle hit incidents involving the celebrated Vande Bharat Categorical between Mumbai and Gandhinagar, launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on September 30 final 12 months, WR had determined to put in steel fences alongside the path to cease animals from straying onto the tracks.
